Introduction:
Factory Outlet TPE Raw Material for Seal of Food Container is mainly based on SEBS, it's usually translucent or white like milk, also can be designed with clear, black or any other color which can comply with customer's request. It can be produced by injection molding or extrusion.

Factory Outlet TPE Raw Material for Seal of Food Container have good sealing performance, can comply with food contact request, such as CFR FDA 177.1210, also have good elastic and high temperature resistance. Part of the grade can resist bacteria and mold, at the same time, these material can overmolding with PP/PE. It can be recycled as non-food grade to improve the Impact Strength of PP/PS.

Application:
These materials are mainly for seals of food container, the surface of the container; the high temperature resistance material can be used for the seal of oven.

Chemical Safety: ROHS, REACH, BPA free, Phthalates free, Halogen free, comply with part of food contact requirements.

Suggested Processing Conditions: 185~210℃, not higher than 230℃.
