Engineered for superior bonding strength, this SEBS-based TPE material (Shore A 60-85) delivers exceptional adhesion to PP/PE substrates through standard or two-shot injection molding. The formulation offers versatile color options (translucent/white/black) while maintaining excellent mechanical properties - including 4.3-10.8 MPa tensile strength and 550-750% elongation.

Ideal for functional components requiring anti-slip grips or quiet operation, it features a smooth dry-touch finish and meets stringent safety standards (ROHS, REACH, partial food-contact compliance). With specific gravity ranging 0.88-1.05 and optimal processing at 185-210°C, this recyclable material is widely applied in toothbrush handles, tool grips, wheels, and other overmolded products demanding durable, comfortable surfaces.
