Our factory-direct TPE raw material for food container seals utilizes SEBS-based compounds available in translucent, milk-white, or custom colors (clear/black/any) to meet customer specifications. Suitable for both injection molding and extrusion processes.

Food container seals, container surfaces, and oven seals (using high-temperature resistant grades).
GP210-3004 grade: Shore A hardness 30 (ASTM D2240), specific gravity 0.87 (ASTM D792), tensile strength 2.9 MPa (ASTM D412), elongation 800%.
GP520-4004 grade: Hardness 40, specific gravity 1.10, tensile strength 2.9 MPa, elongation 700%.
GP330-65 grade: Hardness 65, specific gravity 0.96, tensile strength 5.0 MPa, elongation 600%.
GP210-60ANBA grade: Hardness 60, specific gravity 0.89, tensile strength 4.3 MPa, elongation 650%.
All grades feature translucent/natural white appearance and comply with ROHS, REACH, BPA-free, Phthalates-free, Halogen-free, and partial food contact standards.
Recommended temperature range: 185-210℃ (not exceeding 230℃).
