Using state-of-the-art twin screw compounding equipment, we produce a wide range of materials with hardness varying from gels to that of Polypropylene. Our current production capacity exceeds 40Kt/year.

Sungallon is certified under ISO9001, ISO14001 and several OEM's RSS standards. As an approved supplier to major toy producers, we adhere to strict Restricted Substance Standards.
Our facilities are designed to prevent cross-contamination of materials. We employ accredited third-party testing agencies like SGS, UL-STR, and Intertek to confirm compliance with standards such as EN71-ASTM F963 and customer-specific RSS requirements.
