Using state-of-the-art twin screw compounding equipment, we produce materials with hardness ranging from gels to that of Polypropylene. Our current production capacity exceeds 40Kt/year.

Sungallon has successfully obtained ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications, along with fulfilling numerous OEM requirements. We strictly follow Restricted Substance Standards and prevent material cross-contamination in our production plants.
We employ third-party testing organizations such as SGS, UL-STR or Intertek to verify compliance with EN71-ASTM F963 and customer-specific RSS requirements.
