Sungallon and its Group companies have a long tradition in Thermoplastic Elastomers. Initially operating as a distributor for LG SBS polymers in 1988, Sungallon transitioned into manufacturing compounds at its own production sites beginning in 2005.

Our production and administration location is in Guanlan, a suburb of Shenzhen. With a turnover in 2014 of 19.8 million US$, Sungallon is one of the largest producers and distributors of Thermoplastic Elastomers in China.

Using state-of-the-art twin screw compounding equipment, we produce a wide range of materials with hardness varying from gels to that of Polypropylene. Our current production capacity exceeds 40Kt/year.

We maintain a dedicated team of 8 R&D engineers and a well-equipped laboratory to support our production and sales. Our mission is to partner with customers in developing tailor-made solutions to meet functional, cost and product safety requirements.

Sungallon is certified under ISO9001, ISO14001 and several OEM's RSS standards. As an approved supplier to major toy producers, we adhere to strict Restricted Substance Standards and maintain facilities designed to prevent cross-contamination.

We employ accredited third-party testing agencies like SGS, UL-STR, and Intertek to confirm our adherence to standards such as EN71-ASTM F963 and our customers' specific RSS requirements.
