Sungallon specializes in high-quality TPV raw materials with exceptional temperature and compression resistance properties for demanding applications.

Our TPV material is engineered for high temperature resistance applications. The standard material appears white with a slight yellow tint, but can be custom-colored to meet specific requirements, including black and other colors. Suitable for both injection and extrusion processes.

Ideal for high temperature resistance applications including:

• Seals and gaskets
• Overmolding applications
• Co-extrusion with PP materials

Complies with ROHS, REACH, BPA free, Phthalates free, Halogen free, EN 71 part 3 standards.

Recommended processing temperature range: 165~220℃, not exceeding 230℃.
