Sungallon and its Group companies have a long tradition in Thermoplastic Elastomers. Starting in 1988 as a distributor for LG SBS polymers, Sungallon progressed into the production of compounds in its own facilities in 2005.

Sungallon production and administration location is in Guanlan, a suburb of Shenzhen. With a turnover in 2014 of 19.8 million US$, Sungallon is one of the largest producers and distributors of Thermoplastic Elastomers in China.

Using state-of-the-art twin screw compounding equipment, Sungallon produces a wide range of materials with hardness varying from gels to that of Polypropylene. Current production capacity exceeds 40Kt/year.

Supporting sales and production is a dedicated team of 8 R&D engineers and a well-equipped laboratory. Sungallon partners with customers to develop tailor-made solutions meeting functional, cost and product safety requirements.

Sungallon is certified under ISO9001, ISO14001 and several OEM's RSS standards. As an approved supplier to major toy producers, we comply with multiple Restricted Substance Standards. Our facilities are designed to prevent material cross-contamination.

We employ third-party testing organizations such as SGS, UL-STR or Intertek to verify compliance with EN71-ASTM F963 and customer-specific RSS requirements.
